Go to www.google.com/adsense.
The first thing you will see on the form is the website URL. If you have multiple websites, Google only wants to see one. The very one you want to use for the purpose of being approved by Google. Enter the URL like this “www.yourdomain.com. Do not include the http:// part of the URL or the subpages of the URL such as www.mydomain/mypages/htlm.
Another thing in the form is to choose your language.
Next in the form is the account type. Here you should select individual account if you are not currently running any business that has up to 20 employees or more.
Another thing in the form is the country you live in.
Next is, your information, Name, street address, city and state. You must put your correct account information because that is what Google will use in paying you your check. If you have bank account, use the same information as it is in your bank.
After that, the next thing is your phone number. You must provide it. Do not provide a fax number.
The next thing is to choose whether to receive Google newsletter or not. This choice will not affect the approval of your account.
Another thing in the application form is for you to select how you came to know about the program.
Before submitting your form, there are five or six check boxes that must be checked. By clicking on these check boxes, you are promising not to violet Google TOS.
Remember the payee must be 18 years and above before filling this form.
Product selection appears on some forms, when you see it, choose both adsense for content and adsense for search. Adsense for content is allowing Google ads appear on your webpages while Adsense for search is to include Google search box in your pages so that when people use those search boxes and click on any sponsored ads in the results, you get paid for those clicks as well.
Submit the form.
You will receive an e-mail from AdSense. Make sure you find that e-mail and follow their instructions since it will contain other information on finishing the registration and approval process.
If your AdSense application is approved, your ads will only show public service announcements (PSAs) rather than targeted ads and it may take up to 48 hours for your targeted ads to start appearing on your webpages.
